Vintage—Better Homes & Gardens Sewing Book, 1970 edition. Three-ring binder filled with the best sewing advice 1970 could provide. Pages are in great shape, very little wear around ring-holes, some discoloring around edges. Tabs are in fair condition, still firm and readable. Moderate musty smell that will fade as it airs out. This book looks like it was rarely used and spent most of its life in storage. Some notable cracking to the bend in the front, upper half (see photos). The binding is still holding together, but should be treated with care.
