Art Nouveau Scissors, Letter Opener & Sheath Set

Vintage—Art Nouveau designed desk set by D. Peres Solingen Germany. The set shows signs of age, but we’ve cleaned it up and made it workable again. Set includes scissors (8.75” long), letter opener (8.5” long), and sheath (7” long). All are metal, all are clean and functional. The scissors still cut (not fantastically, but well enough) and make a great athame (as does the letter opener). All fit tightly and don’t fall out of the sheath. The original brass plating has faded to give more of a warm silvery sheen (makes me think of platinum). Gorgeous set, perfect for a hearth witch! No dents or breaks. Very good condition.
