Vintage—Papier mâché mortar & pestle in floral print of blues, greens, and golds. Mortar is 2.75” tall, 4.25” diameter. Pestle is 4.5” long. Both show signs of being well-used and well-cared-for. A few chips to the ridges of the mortar (see photos) and some staining to the pestle’s head. No large chips, cracks, or flakes. Brass is still tight inside the papier mâché. Beautiful design. No maker’s mark. Very good condition.
